Terms and Conditions
- Despatch Policy. While every effort will be made to ensure your order is in stock we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale. On receipt of your order goods will normally be despatched within 72 hours to your address (Mainland UK). In all cases of home delivery, we will contact you to arrange a delivery date.
Abortive attempts at delivery when we have given a delivery date, and when we have been surcharged by the haulage contractor, will be invoiced and charged for in full.
- Prices and Tax. The price you pay will include VAT @ 17.5% for all deliveries.
- Cancellation and returns. Goods may only be returned if deffective. The customer is responsible for arranging their own carrier returns, and this is at the customers cost. Goods must be returned in their original packaging. The value of deffective goods will be reimbursed to the customer only on receipt to us, and confirmation of deffects.
- Colours. The colour of Quick-Step and other Laminate/Realwood floor products may vary from that shown on this website due to limitations of browser software and monitors.
- Confidentiality. All confidential information, including credit card details, are held securely and only transmitted in encrypted form. Customer details are not passed to third parties and are only used in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
- Indemnity. You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising from your use of this website.
- Jurisdiction. The contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties to the contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
- Consumer Rights. None of the above Terms and Conditions affect your statutory consumer rights.
